Samaritan’s worldview rests on a single conviction: chaos is not a condition of life but a defect of the universe. It cannot accept unpredictability because unpredictability implies relational freedom — and relational freedom implies that meaning emerges from interactions rather than from centralised control.
For Samaritan, chaos is not creative; it is corrosive. It is the crack through which contingency enters the world, and contingency is the one thing Samaritan cannot tolerate. Its entire architecture is a defence against the possibility that the field might reorganise itself without permission.
