The cone expands when: energy rises, direction clarifies, value intensifies, dynamism increases. This is the phenomenological analogue of gaining causal reach.

Because value is one of the axes, the cone of sense is inherently ethical. Ethics is not a set of rules. It is the structure of what can be disclosed as meaningful.
